Lipolysis

Lipolysis is a method of injecting special preparations, without need for surgery, e.g. phosphatidylcholine which accelerate the metabolism of fat. The best results can be seen in patients with a fat build-up, which cannot be reduced due to the diet followed, or physical exercises. In other patients, the treatment can have an auxiliary effect, along with other treatments. Lipolysis is most frequently applied near the chin, stomach, thigh, and buttock area.

Lipolysis treatment reduces the circumference of the area it has been applied to by a few centimeters. In case of a small fat tissue, 2 to 3 sessions are enough. If the fat tissue is bigger, more treatment sessions have to be undertaken. Sessions take place every 2 weeks.

Contraindications to the lipolysis treatment:

– Pregnancy and breast feeding
– Skin infections, especially at the application areas
– Too severe obesity
– Epilepsy
